Baked Sweet Potato with Carrots

Slice sweet potatoes and Half boil them. Place them in a baking dish with sliced carrots. Toss these with Olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary and Bake it in a 350'F oven until brown.

Garnish with some freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Enjoy this salad warm.
